Notice of Non-compliant Shipment Detainment and Return

  • Dear Valued Customer/Partner,

     We are currently experiencing a high volume of shipment detainment in our warehouse due to non-compliant shipments. There may be a certain degree of delay for the shipments from US to China Mainland and Taiwan. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    To improve the situation, from Sep 9th,2022 we will apply the below adjustments:

    Non-compliant Shipments

    1.       ID verification failed
    2.       Over custom clearance value and limit
    3.       Damage
    4.       Mismatch shipping information
    5.       Muti-AWBs with same consignee

    Detainment and Return Policy


    •        For the above non-compliant shipments, our account managers and customer service team will inform customers of the detainment, and offer 6 days free detainment storage in our warehouses.
    •        On the 7th day of detainment, the shipment must be returned to sender.
    •        Customer can pick up the returned mailpiece at our local warehouses, or we will return it to sender by ground shipping service. Extra return cost may apply, for details please contact your assigned account manager or customer service.
